Cosmogony of the Stroke

Ferric Meander follows a current as it carves its own path through matter. A dark, living band coils across a field of iron red, dotted with cellular marks like organisms or distant stars forming on its surface, while a pale light opens along its edges, as though the form were still emerging. 

The red is not a backdrop but a force: warm, mineral, magnetic, it holds the loop in tension and draws it onward, as if the whole painting were still in motion.
